Three ways I can take the running of things off your desk, so your hours go where they are worth the most. Start anywhere. Move up or down whenever it suits you.

First, where your $250 sits

Your build is paid off in June 2027. After that your $250 a month keeps going as your care plan, so your site, your CRM and your course stay live, supported and looked after. It stops paying off the build and starts paying for care.

Anything you choose below sits on top of that, so the totals are written out for you.

Start here

$450 / month

About 7 hours a month.
With your care plan, $700 a month.

The handful of things that take the most off you for the least.

  • Your inbox, read daily. You get a short list of what actually needs you, and the rest is filed where you can find it.
  • Five people a week into your CRM. I send you the names, you talk into your phone for a minute, I do the rest.
  • One email a month to your list, written and sent.
  • A monthly inventory report on your books, so you always know what is where.
  • A direct line to hand things off. Text it the moment it lands in your head and let it leave your head.

Care Plus

The middle

$600 / month

About 11 hours a month.
With your care plan, $850 a month.

Everything in Breathing Room, and your presence runs itself.

  • Posting every day across Faithfully Flourishing and Time Wise Mastery. Carousels, graphics and your own imagery, made for you.
  • Real estate posts carrying your name, your license and your business number, every time.
  • Scripts written for you, so the only part left to you is saying it.
  • Your course members looked after as they arrive, so the questions do not come to your phone.

Done For You

When you are ready

$1,000 / month

About 17 hours a month.
With your care plan, $1,250 a month.

Everything in Care Plus, and you touch none of it.

  • Follow-up written and sent for your real estate leads, in your voice, on your timing.
  • Your pipeline kept moving without you in it.
  • A report each month on what is working and what I am changing because of it.
  • First call on my time when something has to move today.

You can start on one and move to another whenever your year changes shape. Nothing here is a contract you have to climb out of, and there is no charge to move between them.

New work outside these, a build or a filming day, is always priced and approved before anything starts.
